If your inquiry is during the camp day and time sensitive, please call us at 613-256-4589. If your inquiry is outside of business hours, please send an email to contact@5starcamps.ca.

I need to cancel or modify a registration.

I think I'm missing information. Camp is coming up soon, and I haven't heard from you yet.

Emails will usually go out the weekend before your session is about to begin. If you still haven't heard from us, please email registration@5starcamps.ca.

I need some tech support with your registration (CampBrain) or your Attendance software.

I will be dropping my camper off late or picking them up early.

If you know about the late drop off or early pick up ahead of time (24 hours in advance), please email us at reception-staff@5starcamps.ca. If this is a last minute arrangement, please call us at 613-256-4589.

Someone else will be picking up or dropping off my campers.

Not a problem! Check the attendance email sent the weekend before camp for instructions, or send an email to reception-staff@5starcamps.ca.

My camper was in the Supernovas, Outdoor Leadership or LIT Camp group. They would love to work with you in the future.
